We want action and result to resolve the issue management. Back February this year we requested a online a broken/unbalanced washing machine. No action from the management. Called and reported it in person around March and called April. Weâre told it needed a replacement and a new washing machine need to order and will take month to arrive. We waited for nothing. I requested online again got a call that due to the back request from old management that they canât look a it. We waited May 2023 someone came to look at it and were told that it need a replacement. Until now I didnât hear anything from them. Not being inform if they really donât have a plan of replacing it. Weâre patience and waited enough. Yes, I know thereâs a laundry mat but having a baby with me there every time we need to do the laundry is too much. And have to carry a heavy laundry basket even with my mom that not supposed to be carrying heavy stuff is too much. I also reported in person and showed a video last week broken sprinkler landscaping. With it being turn on every 3ish AM and 5 ish AM everyday. And be awaken by it. I was only told âokayâ and what? I can still hear gust of water up to today.
